...in identifying a simulator game I once played many years ago, just for memories' sake. What I appear to remember is this - it was set in an open world city with traffic. You could spawn vehicles like an F1 car and a tour bus. This game was around after 2002 and it could be played on a PC using a joystick. Any Opponauts out there who have the slightest clue what I'm on about?
